Lanyards for events — your questions
How far ahead should I order lanyards for my event?
Production usually takes 11–20 working days from proof approval, so order at least 4–5 weeks before your event to allow time for artwork and proofing. Put your event date in the quote form and we will plan around it.
Can I have different lanyards for staff, speakers and VIPs?
Yes. You can order different colours or designs for each group, or choose ready-made role lanyards such as Crew, Staff, Security and VIP.
Can I print sponsor logos?
Yes. Dye sublimation lanyards print unlimited colours, so multiple full colour sponsor logos reproduce cleanly on both sides at no extra cost.
Do you have a safety breakaway option?
Yes. A safety breakaway releases the lanyard if it is pulled, which is recommended for busy events and crowds.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the product and quantity — printed lanyards take longer than plain lanyards. Usually delivery takes 11–20 working days from proof approval. Need them sooner? Tell us your deadline in the quote form and we will do our best.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 100 pieces. If you need fewer, contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.
