  A: Delivery time depends on the product and quantity — printed lanyards take longer than plain lanyards. Usually delivery takes 11–20 working days from proof approval. Need them sooner? Tell us your deadline in the quote form and we will do our best.

  A: The minimum order is 100 pieces. If you need fewer, contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.
- Q: How can I pay?
  A: Payment is made upfront, before production starts, by credit or debit card (including Visa and Mastercard) or by bank transfer. We start production once your proof is approved and payment has been received.
- Q: Can I personalise the lanyards with my logo?
  A: Yes. Send us your logo or artwork and we will review it, recommend the best product configuration and email you a free digital visual.
- Q: Do you offer discounts for schools and non-profits?
  A: Yes — we support schools and non-profit organisations. Contact us for details.
- Q: Until when can I change my artwork?
  A: You can change your artwork or product configuration until the order goes into pre-production. You will receive a digital proof before that stage and email updates as your order progresses.

- Q: How much will I pay for delivery?
  A: Our listed lanyard prices include delivery to one UK address. For other destinations the cost depends on the total weight of the order and the delivery address — we will include it in your quote.
